Sponsor Policy

XBRL International, Inc. reserves the right to refuse any sponsor or exhibitor offer.

Company-supplied artwork must be received within 3 working days of the commitment to sponsor being signed in order to be included in pre-conference PR and by October 15, 2007 in order to be included in conference displays or distributed material.

All sponsorship opportunities are available on a first come, first served basis. Sponsorship is confirmed upon receipt of payment for such sponsorship by XBRL International.

If the entire sponsorship fee is not received or an alternative arrangement agreed to by XBRL International by October 15, XBRL International reserves the right to remove the potential sponsor's name and logo from the Conference website and any conference material that is planned or in production. A cancellation fee equal to 25% of the total sponsor amount will be charged to a sponsor who cancels after making a sponsorship commitment, evidenced through a payment to XBRL International, in order to offset costs incurred by XBRL International up to that point in time in developing conference materials.

Sponsors (Event Presenters, Event Partners or Event Supporters) who are not yet members of a recognized XBRL jurisdiction or of XBRL International, Inc., will be able to purchase the conference attendee contact list, as described at the particular level of sponsorship, for an additional fee of US$3,000, which also includes the Sponsor’s one-year membership in XBRL International. This offers the Sponsor and its employees access to all XBRL International working groups, electronic discussion groups, and training sessions plus substantial member discounts for International Conferences during the one-year membership period.

All sponsorship and exhibitor fees are payable to XBRL International in US dollars.
